Dental Hygiene has great importance in our overall health including our physical and emotional well-being.
It is very beneficial for a pretty smile, healthy gums, and shiny teeth.
It minimizes the development of gum disease and tooth decay.
It prevents plaque buildup and safe us from gum infectious diseases.
What happens when there is a lack of oral hygiene practices?
we will be having stains on our teeth due to which we will be shy to smile.
